How do I book a private tour?
To ensure we have the right vehicle and guide available for your preferred date, please contact us first via the Assistance chat, Email, or WhatsApp. Once availability is confirmed, you can simply select your tour, choose your date, and complete the checkout. You will receive a booking confirmation immediately via email.
What is your cancellation policy?
Refunds depend on your chosen payment method:
Full Payment (100%): Get a full refund if you cancel more than 7 days before the tour. 50% refund is available 3–7 days prior. No refund for cancellations within 3 days.
Partial Payment (20%): The 20% advance payment is non-refundable under all circumstances.
Are airport transfers private?
Yes, all our transfers from Tbilisi Airport are 100% private for you and your group.
